Trouble Logging In To AMD Patient Portal

Your AdvancedMD Patient Portal (medical services) is designed to be accessible and user-friendly for families, and in cases where someone is having trouble logging in, we first make sure that:

  • you are entering the child’s date of birth, not their own.
  • you have created your own password, which must be at least 8 characters long, including a lowercase letter, a capital letter, a number, and a special character.
