Scheduling A Follow-Up Appointment: Medical Services

You can now schedule your follow-up appointments online through the NeurAbilities Patient Portal! Pick a time that works best for you—all with just a few clicks. It’s a quick and easy way to stay on top of your care as an existing patient.

1. Log into your Advanced MD patient portal and click the Request Appointments icon.

2. Select Follow up In Office or Follow up Telehealth from the Reason for Visit menu, then confirm your choice in the Telehealth or In-Office menu.

3. Choose your preferred appointment date and time from the available options, then click Confirm Appt. Verify details on the confirmation screen. If changes are needed, please call the office.
